Regarding Peter

Peter dies by his hand but it's clean and painless and nobody sees but Hook himself

OR

Peter lives but is horribly humiliated in front of the crew

(Gonna assume this is for pre-redemption arc Hook.)

Hmm…. Hook has been humiliated by Peter a lot over the years, but while I think he would loooove to see Peter get a taste of his own medicine, ultimately, if Peter lived to see another day after a humiliating defeat…he might just come back even more determined to best Hook. So, as appealing as that might be to Hook’s ego—and honestly he doesn’t always stop to think about the practicality of things when he can make a big, flashy show—I think if it wasn’t a hasty decision made in the heat of the moment…if he really let himself sit and think on it…he’d rather be rid of Peter, even if that means Peter had a quiet, almost peaceful death.

i would put this in the tags but i wanna make sure someone who needs to hear it does.

i had these experiences, and some of them were great. but a lot of them i don’t remember and few of them ended up traumatizing me. when you’re young, you think you’re untouchable. you aren’t. i think it’s perfectly fine to experiment and go a little crazy with friends, but i also think it’s 100% acceptable to have a calm life. neither are better than the other, but there are different pros and cons to each.

plus, you can always have those experiences later. where you’re wiser and more confident in your choices. i wish i did.
